Set out below are the terms and conditions of the Luxure Global Citizen Rewards Programme promoted and operated by LGC (Global) Limited. These terms and conditions below govern the Luxure Global Citizen Rewards programme operated by LGC (Global) Limited of 12 Hay Hill Street, Mayfair, London W1J6DQ under which cardholders earn LGC rewards points on purchases made through the Rewards Programme (the “Programme”).

We pride ourselves on being a lead cash reward membership programme and as a result we do not hold or own any subsidiary companies nor do we trade under any other companies’ name or logos. Therefore, if you receive any emails or promotions from another company containing misleading information or encouraging you as a reader/member into believing that we are affiliated or linked to that company, please contact us with the relevant information to legal@luxureglobalcitizen.com in order for us to take legal actions.

We officially own the trademark for our logo ‘Luxure Global Citizen’, therefore, if you encounter any other companies using our logo then please contact us at the email address set out above.

    Terms and Conditions of Purchases

  1. You can shop with LGC in the following ways:

    • By visiting the LGC website and raising an inquiry;

    • By placing an order through the LGC application; or

    • Ordering by phone.

  2. If you place an order for delivery outside the UK, these Terms and Conditions will also apply.

  3. Prices and Payment

  4. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit, in a number of currencies. All card payments are subject to a 2% handling fee.

  5. When an order is placed, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be paid to secure the goods. Variably, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is completed.

  6. Members shall pay the remaining balance within 14 days of receiving the final balance request, if not, the order shall be deemed to be terminated.

  7. Members/Purchasers are entitled to cancel their Orders, however made, before the raising of final payment by LGC. Any cancellations however will forfeit the 10% deposit paid which will not be refunded.

  8. Owing to the nature of the goods that are provided by LGC, purchasers are only refundable if the items are faulty.

  9. All prices shown on the website or the app or provided by the LGC team are inclusive of local VAT or sales taxes applicable to a Member/Purchaser’s selected delivery destination, where applicable. In addition, for orders delivered outside the UK, local import taxes may be applied to a Member/Purchaser’s order and these will be made clear on the special order form. If a Member/Purchaser has not chosen a delivery destination, prices shown will be inclusive of UK VAT only.

  10. All Members shall be personally liable for all taxes regardless of the jurisdiction.

  11. LGC takes all reasonable care to keep the details of a Member/Purchaser’s order and payment secure. However, unless LGC is fraudulent or negligent, LGC will not be liable to a Member/Purchaser for any losses caused as a result of any unauthorised access to this data by a third party.

  12. International Orders

  13. International Orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties or other local requirements which are payable by the Member/Purchaser.

  14. LGC is not always able to calculate local import taxes and it is the Member/Purchaser’s responsibility to pay for these.

  15. It is the Member/Purchaser’s responsibility to comply with all requirements imposed by local Customs authorities in relation to an order (including requirements regarding the provision of identification information in order to receive the order). LGC recommends that Member/Purchasers make themselves aware of local import duties and any other requirements before placing an order to be collected/delivered outside of the UK.

  16. Delivery

  17. Different delivery policies and options apply depending on how a Member/Purchaser places an order and where the order is being delivered.

  18. Deliveries will be carried out by third party couriers unless collected in an LGC Partner Store (as defined below).

  19. Risk of loss or damages to the Goods passes to the Member upon delivery.

  20. All stipulated delivery dates quoted by LGC are estimated and subject to change. We reserve the right to exclude liability for delays on goods/ services from authorised brand associates.

  21. LGC shall not be liable for non-delivery if it is caused by force majeure.

  22. Digital Currency

  23. The only acceptable digital currency for any purchase through the Membership or through our selected Brand Partner shall be restricted to LGC-Coin.

  24. Product Descriptions, Pricing and Availability

  25. LGC will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are accurate and kept up to date. LGC does not guarantee that the product images seen are an accurate representation; for example colours may differ from the images shown on the website or application due to the computer/device screen resolution or settings.

  26. Errors may sometimes occur in the pricing. If LGC has made an error in the price of a product ordered, LGC will contact the Member/Purchaser. A Member/Purchaser will have the option to reconfirm an order at the correct price, or the order will be cancelled. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

  27. All orders are subject to availability. Once a product is sold out, it may not be available again. If products that are ordered are out of stock LGC will contact the Member/Purchaser and may cancel the whole or part of the order. If a replacement product has a higher price, the Member/Purchaser will be liable to pay for the difference in price. If LGC is unable to contact a Member/Purchaser, LGC may cancel the whole order or the relevant part of the order and process the remainder of the order at our discretion.

  28. Commercial Dealing

  29. LGC’s service is for personal and non-commercial use only.

  30. If LGC subsequently becomes aware that a Member/Purchaser is not purchasing the goods for personal use and is a commercial dealer then the order(s) shall be cancelled automatically and all payment shall be non-refundable in this instance only. Thus, LGC retains the rights to claim for the following non-exhaustive list:

    • any loss or damages that is or is not foreseeable;

    • for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

    • loss of earning/profit;

    • general damages;

    • damages to reputation; and

    • all legal costs.

  31. Ownership, Use And Intellectual Property Rights

  32. This website and all intellectual property rights in it including but not limited to any content are owned by LGC. Intellectual property rights means rights such as: copyright, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world). LGC reserves all of its rights in any intellectual property in connection with these Terms and Conditions. This means, for example, that LGC remains owners of them and free to use them as it sees fit.

  33. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants a Member/Purchaser legal rights in the website other than as necessary to enable it to access the website. A user of the website agrees not to adjust, try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on the website (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the website.

  34. General

  35. LGC reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time where it considers it reasonable and necessary to do so. The new terms will be displayed on the website and by continuing to use and access the website following such changes, Members/Purchasers agree to be bound by any variation made by LGC. It is a Member/Purchaser’s responsibility to check these terms and conditions from time to time to verify such variations.

  36. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction in relation to any Party, that will not invalidate the remaining provisions or affect the legality, validity or enforceability of that or any other provision in any other jurisdiction.

  37. A person who is not a party to the order will have no rights under these Terms and Conditions per the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Contract.

  38. The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the Deliverables. Neither Party has placed any reliance on any representations made before the signature of the Contract, whether orally or in writing, relating to the provision of the Deliverables other than those expressly incorporated or set out in the Contract, which has been negotiated on the basis that its provisions represent their entire agreement relating to the Deliverables and supersede all such representations. This clause does not apply to any representation made fraudulently.

  39. Members/ Purchasers agree to indemnify LGC and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these T&Cs by a Member/Purchaser or by any other person accessing the website using a Member/Purchaser’s account and/or its personal information.

  40. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, LGC disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the products and services offered by LGC. This does not affect a Member/Purchasers Statutory Rights as a consumer.

  41. LGC will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions for (i) any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or (ii) any loss of goodwill or reputation; or (iii) any special or indirect losses, suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from LGC’s negligence or that of LGC’s agents or employees.

  42. No waiver by LGC shall be construed as a waiver of any right for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  43. If any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining Terms and Conditions.

  44. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    Terms and Conditions of Membership and Rewards Programme

    Membership

  1. Luxure Global Citizen Rewards (the "Programme") is a loyalty scheme operated by Luxure Global Citizen (“LGC”) under which members accumulate rewards in respect of LGC qualifying purchases made using their Luxure Global Citizen Membership number ("Membership Number").

  2. On joining the Programme each member (“Member”) will be issued a Luxure Global Citizen Membership card (“Membership Card”), which will entitle the Member to participate in the program. Membership Cards remain the property of LGC.

  3. Members must be aged 18 years or over and have a valid email address and Bank Account. Luxure Global Citizen reserves the right to refuse an application at its own discretion.

  4. Membership Cards are limited to one per person and are for personal use by the Member only unless agreed in writing. Membership Cards cannot be shared or distributed or used for commercial purposes.

  5. LGC reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Membership Card, cash reward accumulated or membership to LGC if LGC believes that the Membership Card is not being used in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  6. LGC will provide monthly account statements to active Members showing the LGC balance. Members may also check their LGC balance by contacting the LGC team on +44 (0)800 802 1101.

  7. Collecting Rewards

  8. Members earn Rewards on qualifying purchases made with LGC (as defined below in ‘Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions’).

  9. Members may accumulate Rewards on qualifying purchases as follows:

    a) 5% of the entire purchase price subject to certain exclusions and qualifications;

    b) The same level of Rewards are applied regardless of Member spend and tier level;

    c) Each Member must present their Membership Number at the time of purchase in order for the Rewards to be credited to their account;

    d) Rewards are paid one month in arrears following completion of the transaction.

  10. If a Member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the Rewards awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly.

  11. Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions

  12. Subject to the exclusion of promotional and discounted goods, Members can earn Rewards on purchases made through LGC (including website and application purchases) or at any LGC Brand Partner Stores (as defined below).

  13. LGC Partner Stores

  14. LGC partners with specific stores (“LGC Partner Stores”) where a Member can make purchases using their Membership Card.

  15. Purchases made at an LGC Partner Store will allow Members to accumulate Rewards in the same manner as set out above.

  16. To remain up to date with LGC Partner locations, Members should contact the LGC team on +44 (0)800 802 1101.

  17. Purchases made at a location or store, which is not an LGC Partner Store, will not gain Rewards.

  18. Cash Rewards

  19. Under the Programme, Members will, each month have the cash equivalent of the LGC total spend earned during the previous calendar month credited into their chosen Bank Account. The Cash Reward value of 5% will be reflected in each monthly current Membership balance.

  20. Members must allow 24 hours for each purchase to be updated onto their Global Citizen Membership Account.

  21. If a Member fails to provide its Membership Number upon making a purchase, Members are only able to redeem their Rewards if they provide their Membership Number on the same day as the transaction is made.

  22. The Rewards may be redeemed either by crediting the Member’s chosen bank account with the Rewards amount or, held on account by LGC for future purchases.

  23. Rewards Benefits

  24. Members will also receive LGC benefits ("Benefits") commensurate with their level of spend in a calendar year (1st January to 31st December), as follows:

    (a) Member Tier;

    (b) Gold Tier;

    (c) Platinum Tier;

    (d) Titanium Tier; and

    (e) Corporate Tier.

  25. Benefits are subjected to certain limitations, exclusions, restrictions and availability. LGC reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Benefits at any time in its discretion. Any additions made to these terms and conditions relating to Benefits will be made available to Members in further correspondence.

  26. The Benefits are subject to change at LGC’s discretion. To take advantage of the benefits, a Member must hold a valid Membership Card..

  27. Updates and Changes to the Programme

  28. LGC has the right to terminate the Programme or makes changes to the terms of the Programme at any time. LGC will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage. For up-to-date terms and conditions, Members should refer to these LGC Terms and Conditions. A Member will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by the continued use of a Membership Card.

  29. LGC may at any time and in its absolute discretion refuse or revoke any Member’s membership of the Programme in which case that Member’s Rewards will be forfeited and any unused Rewards balance may be cancelled.

  30. General Membership Conditions

  31. Members are personally liable for any and all fees, costs, charges, claims or liabilities (including taxes) of whatever nature arising from their membership of the Programme.

  32. Members agree and acknowledge that all specifications and advertising issued by LGC and any descriptions or illustrations contained on our website or application are provided for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. LGC is not bound by such descriptions which do not form a part of these Terms and Conditions, nor are they a part of the sales agreement and this is not a sale by sample.

  33. Members shall notify the LGC team of any change of address or other personal details and of any damage, theft or loss of a Member's Rewards card. LGC will not be responsible for any loss of offers or benefits resulting from details being out of date or inaccurate.

  34. LGC shall not be liable for any damage, theft, loss or unauthorised use of any Member's Rewards card and Members are strongly advised to keep their Rewards cards safe and secure.

  35. These terms and conditions do not affect Members’ statutory rights.

  36. Privacy and Your Data

  37. LGC is the data controller of any personal information it collects about Members in relation to the Rewards Programme. Any personal information collected from Members will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, other applicable laws and these terms and conditions.

  38. By participating in the Programme, a Member consents to LGC collecting and storing any information provided by the Member to LGC on enrolment in the Programme and information relating to the Member's transactions, purchases and participation in the Programme. This will include personal data about the Member including the Member's name, address and purchases. LGC will only share a Member's personal information with carefully selected third party partners to assist with the operation of the Programme (including, but not limited to, the provision of Member Benefits).

  39. LGC will use a Member's personal information for the following purposes:

    (a) administering the Programme (including the provision of Member Benefits);

    (b) market research and statistical analysis;

    (c) where the Member has provided their consent, offering products and services that are likely to be of interest, including special events, offers, promotions, publications and catalogues by post, email, mobile/landline phone and/or through any social network if the Member has provided such details and consent to LGC.

  40. Excluded Rewards/ Benefits

  41. Certain brands and services are excluded from the Rewards and Benefits of the Programme, including but not limited to discounted and promotional goods. Please contact the LGC team for a full list of exclusions.

  42. Termination of Membership

  43. A Member can choose to leave the Programme at any time by contacting the LGC team, or by opting out of receiving marketing information from LGC.
